Howard Hanna Real Estate Services has named Amy Norris manager of its office in Wooster, Ohio. As manager, Norris will oversee the office’s nearly 50 sales associates and staff.

Norris earned both a bachelor’s degree and an MBA at Ashland University, where she graduated cum laude. As a teacher, she gained valuable experience in communication and interpersonal relationships. From 2007 until 2011, she was employed as a sales representative for The Daily Record and then as a financial advisor for AIG. She became a licensed REALTOR® in late 2011 and has closed over $20 million in real estate transactions of all varieties. In 2016, she received the Ohio Association of REALTORS® President’s Sales Club award, which goes to the top 5.3 percent of agents in the state for sales production.
